This great 11-minute video runs down the top 10 things to do in Birmingham. It starts at the Birmingham Wildlife Park, which offers a hands-on animal experience for children, . Then on to the Birmingham "back-to-backs" - a look at old traditional housing (with a sweet shop), the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, a concert at St. Philip's Cathedral, from there we go on to the Jewellery Quarter, where 40% of the UK's jewellery is made, and a look at the jewellery and pen museums. The National Sea Life Centre is next, don't miss the entertaining otters! For those with children Thinktank at Birmingham's Science Musem should keep them entertained. The video then covers Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery finishing off with a look at Victoria Square and the City centre.

Did you know that it is possible to get instant cashback on a lot of your shopping through the clever use of gift cards?
For supermarkets the cashback rate is in the 2-5% range, for pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. the rate is 8-12%
Imagine how much cash you could get back in a year!
Using gift cards sounds tricky, but there are some great apps that make it easy (I've even bought one whilst in the supermarket queue)
Here are my favourite apps:
Jamdoughnut is really easy to use and has a fun daily "spin the wheel" giveaway. Use my referral code TLZI to get a free signup bonus.
Tuck has some great cashback rates and you can get a referral bonus by using the code DAVE19.
Cheddar is a great app, and the only one I could find that gave cashback on Uber Rides. Use my referral code WUFNDMY to get a £3 bonus when you earn £5 cashback.
PRO TIP: I use all three of these to maximise my earnings as cashback rates vary between them.
